Terms of service
Commercial terms for EvReserve SaaS subscriptions, roaming, and platform usage.
EvReserve provides climate mobility software on a subscription basis. Pricing tiers (SME Fleet, CPO, Enterprise) are described on our pricing page and confirmed in your order form or statement of work.
Role of EvReserve
EvReserve facilitates discovery, reservations and/or payments for EV charging. Physical charging energy and on-site operations are provided by the charge point operator (CPO). EvReserve does not claim to make CPOs compliant by itself; it provides technology that can support roaming connectivity and operational readiness.
Platform use
Operators are responsible for accurate station configuration, tariff settings, and compliance with OZEV and local regulations. Drivers use the mobile app under your organisation's roaming and fleet policies.

Liability
EvReserve is a software layer over third-party hardware and networks. Operators and drivers remain responsible for safe charging and compliance with applicable law. Have your legal counsel review these terms before high-volume public use.
